仲裁
All disputes, controversies, or differences which may arise between the parties, out of, or in relation to, or in connection with this contract, or the breach thereof, shall be finally settled by arbitration in China in accordance with the arbitration rules of South Korea arbitration board.
The decision made by the commercial arbitration board shall be accepted as final and binding upon both parties. The fees for arbitration shall be borne by the lost party unless otherwise awarded.
13. Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the South Korea Law.
14. Force Majeure
The buyer and the seller shall not be liable for failure and delay in performance of its responsibilities hereunder for any such failure or delay which may be caused by strike or consequences of war, declared of undeclared requisition, fires, floods severe weather or any extraordinary occurrence of another cause beyond each parties control which include government policy.
15. Claims
Claims, if any, shall be made by written within 30 days after arrival of the goods quantity of the goods shall be final decided by the internationally recognized surveyor agreed by both parties.
