真实情况是：I arrived yesterday letting you know beforehand. 我是昨天到的，事先告诉过你的。现在我们见面了，你没有感到讶（You are not surprised)。假如我昨天到了而不给事先告诉你，当我们现在见面的时，你会不会很惊讶呢？主句（问题）问的是现在的情况：
If I had arrived yesterday without letting you know beforehand，woud you be surprised?
如果讲的是过去的情况，当时他并不惊讶，因为我事先告诉他了，则为：
If I had arrived yesterday without letting him know beforehand，he would have been surprised.
当面问的是现在的情况。如果前面有一句话：
You were not surprised when we met just now because I had told you about it before hand.
If I had arrived yesterday without letting him know beforehand，would you have been surprised ?
你刚才会惊讶吗？
所以，是去还是现在，还是为假设过去，主句是现在，还是要去理解体会句子的语境。

选A，你现在只是在A和D里纠结，后面时had done的形式，所以前面得用would be 。很简单呀，你是哪不明白呀？

答案是A 因为这是对过去的一种假设啊，所以主句应该用离过去最近的时态，答案D是用would have done，很明显是对现在的假设，应该用过去时才好，一般都是紧挨着的时态的。

主句中对过去设问，应该用would have done，但是为什么选A，对现在的感觉虚拟设问？我糊涂了~~

应该选A ,因为后面的部分是虚拟部分，而前面的主句惊讶是一个疑问句，可能是事实，不需要虚拟的，
