本文采用化学定性手段对广西甜茶根中化学成分进行定性分析。对甜茶根水提取液的样品先通过大孔吸附树脂吸附,再用乙醇洗脱,旋干所得样品。样品依次乙酸乙酯、丙酮,萃取分离提纯后得到一种晶体物质,采用HPLC外标法计算其含量,得出甜茶根中的鞣花酸含量约为97.5%;分别用紫外光谱、红外光谱及高效液相色谱法进行定性分析,分析结果表明甜茶根部有鞣花酸,而鞣花酸是一种很好的天然抗氧化剂,这为以后对甜茶根部的有效成分进一步深化研究提供一些有价值性的参考。
