1. 我认为，work on, work at的意思大致相同，都是从事于，致力于...,，work over有个意思是检查，所以选C，况且前面还有疑问词when（何时）；
2. 这句话该特殊疑问句好像只有这么问，如果句子是 He got from London to Paris (by plane), 我就可以问，How did he get from London to Paris ? 如果句子是 It is (more than 400kms) to get from London to Paris. 我就可以问，How far is it to get from London to Paris?
