下面这个题目就很简单了，hardly在句中，句子部分倒装，应该是people can predict earthquake with today's technologies.，但由于部分倒装了，选C
句意：根据科学家所说，现在人们仍然很难对地震进行预测

PS：这种句子一看就是中国人为了考察语法硬造出来的，真正的外国人根本不会说这种句子，以后你就明白了。
