find在句中做谓语动词，一个句子结构中，有且只有一个谓语动词，所以后面不能再有实意动词出现，故而用TO BE来表示（是）

那为什么不是be动词原形，而是to be 呢？

find 是实意动词，不能再加动词了，而BE也是动词
FIND要加宾语（名语，代词宾格，动名词，动词不定式，宾语从句）
而且FIND 不能直接加TO DO做宾语，因为不能“发现去做某事”
FIND的宾语是HIM ,后面的TO BE是对HIM 做补充说明，做HIM 的宾语补足语。
