Today, more and more people are in poor health. If we want to keep healthy we should healthy diet.
First, we should have a balanced diet.Though we may not like eating vegetables, but the vegetables have a lot ofnutrition. They are very good for our health.
Second, we'd better eat regular meals. We need to eat breakfast, lunch as well as dinner every day. Because regular meals throughout the day can give us enough energy to carry out our daily activities.
Third, we should get away from fast food, for it may cause a lot of disease.

In current society, people have known the importance of keeping healthy and good life habit. In the past, people ate three meals at home, and they ate more vegetables and less meat and fish. They were very strong and seldom went to see doctors.
Now life is better, people eat more meat, fish, eggs and other food with more fat. They often go out for good meals with their families and friends. But they get easy to be ill, Why?
I think more meat and fish, less exercise are bad for health. Good rest, less meat and fish, more vegetables and enough exercise are good for health. So I exercise every day. My eating habits are pretty good. I eat a lot of vegetables. I eat fruit and drink milk every day. I drink a cup of water 15 minutes before each meal and eat much vegetables and fruit. Of course, I love junk food, too, and I eat it once a week. And I sleep nine hours every day.
The better we get into good eating habits, the happier our life becomes.
Everyone has different living habits. Good habits can make us keep healthy. As teenagers, what should we do?
In my opinion, everyone should get up and sleep on time every day. Don’t play or watch TV all night. That is bad for healthy and affect our work. We should eat more vegetables and fruit, and eat less meat. I advise everybody to take more physical exercises. Don't eat junk food, for example instant noodles. Don't litter and spit. Don't play on the road. Remember to obey the traffic rules. No jaywalking. In a word, if we want to keep healthy and happy, we must develop good living habits.
