Digital watermarking is a forward hot topic of research in the international academic community, the frequency transform domain watermarking technology is focus research of digital watermarking , in this type of technology, it has been carried out corresponding mathematical transformation before image added watermarks (such as DFT/ DCT / DWT). And then added watermark information in the transform domain, used inverse transform to obtain the watermark image that contained watermark information.
This design is based on DCT domain watermarking algorithm, the digital image watermarking algorithm to select binary gray level images as the watermark information, according to this selection choose the different embedded coefficient, and divided vector images into 8 × 8 sub-block, the gray level value of the digital watermark directly into the grey level vector images DCT transform domain, achieved the watermark embedded. And then adopt inverse transform changed back to the spatial domain and obtained the watermark images.
Using MATLAB software to test such watermarking algorithm, experimental results show that this algorithm has better performance, the watermark is invisible and has a better robustness.
