How to Keep Your Body Healthy?
Health is very important for us .we cann't do anything without healthy body.So we should learn how to keep our body healthy.The following are some advice of mine.
First,we should keep enough sleep and a good state of mind.
second,we need to eat more fruits and vegetables.After all,Fruits and vegetables is good for our body.In addition,we also should ofter drink water and milk and Eat less junk food.
last,we should insist on exercise everyday.
