联想G450 蓝屏 必须重启 急求解决!!!!

联想G450笔记本蓝屏现象如下：
电脑每次都能正常开机，开机也能正常使用，但偶尔出现蓝屏，蓝屏出现无规律性，有时候很久都不会出现，有时候会连续出现几次，每次我都是重启电脑来解决这个问题，但是总这样也不是办法，太烦人了。
蓝屏代码大概如下：
A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer. If this is the first time you've seen this Stop error screen, restart your computer.
If this screen appears again, follow these steps:
Check to be sure you have adequate disk space. If a driver is identified in the Stop message, disable the driver or check with the manufacturer for driver updates. Try chaging video adapters.
Check with your hardware vendor for any BIOS updates. Disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing. If you need to use Safe Mode to remove or disable components, restart your computer, press F8 to select Advanced Startup Options, and then select Safe Mode.
这段代码的后面还会跟上错误代码，我看了一下，每次都不完全一样。
在这里求助一下大家，相信大家之中也肯定有遇到过这种蓝屏情况的，是什么原因？您是怎么解决的？
