They are the same in meaning and usage. The slight difference is that Have is less manding. For example Have a seat. vs Take a seat. Have makes people feel at home while Take is more manding. But the difference is really slight and depends on the tone of the speaker. Another example is Have your homework ready. vs Get your home work ready.
