Losses for infringement of the
Contract by one Party make the sum equal to the volume of damage, including the
missed benefit which is suffered by the other Party because of infringement of
the Contract. Such losses should not exceed damage which the Party that has
broken the Contract expected or should expect at the moment of its conclusion
as a probable consequence of its infringement, taking into account circumstances
about which the party knew or should have know at that time.
