5、把去核后的红枣放进锅中。

8、加入没过红枣、桂圆的水。
9、加入冰片糖。
10、大火煮开后转中小火。
11、煮至收汁。
12、倒入搅拌机中搅拌成泥状。
13、把搅拌好的红枣桂圆糊倒入锅中,中小火慢慢煮,一边煮一边搅拌,以防黏锅。
14、煮至水分完全蒸发,很粘稠的感觉,就可以熄火。
