Which brings us more happiness,to give or to receive?
People's views on happiness vary a lot from person to person.Some hold that to give can bring more happiness and others believe that to receive makes them happier.
As far as I am concerned,to give indeed brings us more happiness than to receive.First of all,the value of life lies to contribution.The more we contribute,the better our country will be!Secondly,happiness does not mean how much money you have,how big house you live or how gorgeous clothes you wear.What makes happiness count is the process you make others happy.Last but not least,everyone needs happiness,and we should try to let people around us happy from time to time!
To conclude,we are supposed to give so that more happiness can be brought to us.We are happy in this way!

What are the positive and negative effects of exercise?
Every coin has two sides.Some people are fond of exercise for they think it brings them fitness and makes them strong.However,some are wondering exercise may cause negative effects to them.
The positive effects of exercise,undoubtedly,it does shape people's body and get their health promoted.There are many kinds of exercise and we can choose any one of them to work out.When we are too tied to focus on work or study,one of the best ways of releasing our pressure is to do exercise and it really helps.All in all,exercise brings us a lot of benefits!
The negative effects of exercise are also considered in modern society.Some people argue that exercise is a waste of time and money.Moreover,they doubt the scientificalness and effectiveness of exercise.Also,they think exercise really gets them exhausted so that they cannot get their mind in work and study.
From my perspective,we cannot ignore the fact that nothing is absolute.As to exercise,if we exercise in a scientific and healthy way,I think there will be more health and fitness for us to obtain!

Every culture has its symble and it goes the same way for Chinese culture.
There are many symbles to Chinese culture and one of the most famous and influential is china.Yes,but please don't get me wrong.It's the lowercase word meaning plates,cups,and dishes made from very fine clay.We can see the significance and importance of china because it has the same spelling with China.
The history of china can be derived from Shang dynasty.In Song dynasty,it's the most prosperous period of china.There are many kinds of china and the most representative one is called Qinghua Ci.And Jingde Town,Jiangxi Province is regarded as the capital of porcelain.
The diversity of china is one of the greatest inventions of ancient China.It clearly shows the status of china in China that china and China are the same spelling in English.The price of some top chinas is extremely high and some nationla treasures are not kept in China.
China has a very graceful and elegant culture,and china makes it outstanding!

How do you understand the title of the story Graceful Hands?
The article Graceful Hands is less than one thousand words but it strongly expresses the author's emotion and intention and deeply moves the readers.
The title Graceful Hands seems to describe how graceful and elegant the old man's hands are.As a matter of fact,his hands first comes into view in the fourth paragraph."I reach for the long,thin fingers that are lying on the chest".Confronted with death,the old man seems to receive an impertinent treat from the pofessional doctor.As he is old and sick,his hands look terrible.But what he has done is noble and how much contribution he has made to his country and people are countless.His hands has suffered too much misery,but he still looks optimistic and glads to help others.His attitude towards life and others is graceful and elegant.
That's probably the reason why the author makes the title "Graceful Hands".

What makes us happy? Turns out that once we've covered our needs, being generous to others brings us far more happiness than spending the same money on ourselves. Researchers from Harvard Business School and the University of British Columbia wrote in the New York Times on July 8, 2012 about the lasting happiness that study subjects showed when they gave away $20. This feeling turns out to be true around the world and even with toddlers, the most notorious nonsharers, who were tested using goldfish crackers. "To be clear, having more goldfish (or more gold) doesn’t decrease our happiness — those first few crackers may provide a genuine burst of delight. But rather than focusing on how much we’ve got in our bowl, we should think more carefully about what we do with what we’ve got — which might mean indulging less, and may even mean giving others the opportunity to indulge instead."
I like that idea that we can give others the opportunity to indulge by being generous with what we have to share. Whenever I give an item to a charity/charity shop, I always hope that someone will find it a great new home. I realize that this doesn't always happen, but no one is going to discover this gem if it remains hidden in my closet. Give it away and be happy! To sum up, pursuit of happiness is a universal quest. You know the principle, “there is more happiness in giving than receiving,” well it happens to be true. There are very few things that bring greater joy than helping a fellow human being. I’ll leave this one to your imagination because there is no shortage of ways to help others. We just need to be open to the opportunities as they come along.

Nonetheless, what we can be sure of is that giving brings us more happiness and sense of fulfilment than simply receiving. Several studies have been done to determine the health benefits of generosity. In the research conducted by University of British Columbia, it was found that children were happier giving than receiving.

2.These days, there is a lot of talk about exercise. Organizations like schools and medical institutions are constantly encouraging the public to get more exercise. Gyms, fitness professionals and exercise equipment manufacturers broadcast countless commercials and print ads claiming that their products or services can help you to exercise more efficiently. Even in everyday conversations, people enjoy discussing their passion for or dread of exercising. Whether you love it or hate it, exercise has the potential to produce both positive and negative effects.
One of the most significant benefits associated with exercise is its ability to boost your health. Although modern electronic devices like television, video games and computers have caused people today to live more sedentary lives, the human body is designed for movement. According to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, adults should get at least two and a half hours of moderate-intensity exercise each week. Exercise helps your body in many ways. Getting regular exercise strengthens your bones and muscles, improves your circulation and boosts your energy. Since being active naturally causes your body to burn calories, exercise can help you maintain a healthy weight. Exercise is also an effective tool for managing certain medical problems like arthritis, back pain, diabetes and heart disease.
Exercise can have a positive effect on your mind, as well as on your body. According to the American Heart Association, exercise can help make your mind feel more alert and can increase your ability to learn. Exercise causes your brain to produce chemicals called endorphins. These chemicals work to boost your mood and to give you a sense of general well-being. As a result, exercising can sometimes be effective in easing depression and relieving stress, making it easier for you to cope with life's challenges.
