“咳咳!”我一推开厨房的门,就有了要窒息的感觉。看着这烟雾弥漫的房间,我不禁耸了耸肩:“老爸,你又抽烟了!”
说实在的,我现在对“烟”这个字眼有种莫名的恐惧,但面对爸爸这个假烟民我又无计可施!虽说爸爸不经常抽烟,但积少成多,吸烟迟早会给他带来危害呀!我真的很纳闷,“吸烟有害健康”这句话众所周知,就连烟盒上也有这样的提示语,可为什么大家“明知山有虎,偏向虎山行”呢?就算大家不为自己考虑,也要为别人想想啊!难道大家不知道二手烟的危害吗?,吸烟是害人害己呀!
我为了让爸爸觉醒,特地查阅了一下资料,上面说:
“烟草的烟雾中至少含有三种危险的化学物质:焦油,尼古丁和一氧化碳,焦油是由好几种物质混合成的物质,在肺中会浓缩成一种粘性物质。吸食过烟的人,均会上瘾,吸过还想吸。烟草燃烧会产生大量有毒物质,如尼古丁、一氧化碳、焦油等有害物质如尼古丁、一氧化碳、焦油等有害物质。它们会导致你恶心、眩晕、头痛、使我们的工作效率降低。尼古丁只需10秒钟就可进入你的大脑,使你心跳加快,增加你患上心脏病的危险,同时使你在不吸烟时引发脱瘾症状。香烟中这些物质不但可引起咽喉炎、支气管炎,而且有致癌的作用。”
让我们看看,吸烟对我们的日常生活产生了多大的影响,吸烟就是在吸毒,就是在慢性自杀啊!大家为什么不睁开惺忪的睡眼,好好的看看事情的真相呢?另外,二手烟的危害比吸烟更可怕:
“根据实验研究结果显示,吸二手烟对身体影响与吸烟者相似。举例说明:一名自己不吸菸,但配偶吸烟的人的肺癌发病率,增加20%”50%,在二手烟之乌烟瘴气中生活的无辜者,其获病率是20%“30%。某些特定人群,如女性,因被动吸入二手烟患上述疾病死亡的数字与吸烟者几乎同等,二零零二年,四万八千四百名中国女性因吸入二手烟导致肺癌和缺血性心脏病死亡,而因主动吸烟引发上述疾病死亡的中国女性人数为四万七千三百人。同年的吸烟男性中,十三万七千人死于肺癌、十九万一千人死于缺血性心脏病。”
请大家仔细端详一下这些惊人的数据吧!当我看到后,心灵上是为之一振,然后满脑子都是“烟、烟、烟”我想:如果大家还爱自己的家人,还爱惜自己的身体,就请大家放掉手中正在燃烧着的烟头,当忍不住的时候,努力克制住自己。
5月31日是世界无烟日,我好希望天天都是无烟日,这样我们就可以称得上是“无烟社会”了。就让我们珍爱生命、远离香烟吧!
