Yesterday was my brother Tommy's birthday.

His parents prepared a lot of delicious food at Tommy's birthday party.

Beef, French fries, sandwich and so on.
有牛肉，猪肉，薯条，三明治还有很多桥卖。
I don‘t like fish，because it is very trouble.
我不喜欢吃鱼，因为很麻烦。
Chocolate cake is the food I like best
巧克力蛋糕是我最喜欢的食物
So I ate a lot of cakes。
所以我吃了很多蛋糕。
We enjoyed a happy evening.
我们度过了一个愉快银镇的夜晚。

Let me tell you something about my meal. I usually have two eggs , some bread and a glass of milk for breakfast so that I can get enough energy . For lunch , I like eating rice, fish and vegetables .Of course , I 'd love to have a bowl of soup . For dinner ,I eat less food just for keep my figure.I will have noodles or baozi ,then I often have a banana .

A healthy diet is very important for me.I need lots of energy to study.It's very easy for me to get tired when I study.I need to keep fit.I seldom eat sweet snacks like hamburgers,sweets or drink Coke between meals.There is too much suger in them.They give me energy,but they are not healthy.
I usually have fruit and vegetables because I want to be healthy.I always eat noodles for breakfast and I often drink some milk and eat some bread.I eat lunch everyday.For dinner,I usually have bread and vegetables.After dinner,I sometimes have an apple or some watermelon.
