hbm2ddl.auto配置为update,hibernate都会Drop掉表,然后重建，这是为什么？

不会删掉的，但是你这个配置是不是错了
<mapping class="model.cn.Users" />
应该这的吧
<mapping resource="model/cn/User.hbm.xml" />

我也碰到了这个问题，后面发现是有这个：new SchemaExport(new AnnotationConfiguration().configure()).create(false, true);就会自动删掉表，注释掉就正常，create(false, true)第二个参数为true就会删除表重建，当时一脸懵逼
