吉林省农产品加工业发展对策研究

内 容 摘 要

大力发展农产品加工业，建立高附加值农业是现代农业发展的一般趋势，是农村和农业发展的客观要求，是区域经济发展的重要内容。本文通过对农产品加工业内涵、意义的认识，及对吉林省农产品加工业现状、措施的研究，了解到农产品加工业发展中技术装备、企业规模、管理体制、加工原料等方面存在的问题。进而从整合机构、创新机制、强化管理等方面提出建议。本文希望通过对农产品加工业发展的研究，提高人们对农产品加工业的重视，使其在增加农民收入、解决农村剩余劳动力、加快城镇发展等方面起到应有的作用。
