With the development of control theory and electronic technology, industrial controller adaptive ability enhancement and highly intelligent is gradually becoming a reality. Among them with the single chip processor as the core implementation of digital controller because of its small volume, low cost, strong function, simple and widely used. PID temperature controller, as an important control equipment in the chemical, food, and many other industries has been widely used in production. This article mainly discuss is widely applied in process control of digital PID control in the application of single chip microcomputer temperature control system and design. This paper expounds the hardware based on single chip microcomputer temperature control system, software design and relevant interface circuit design. And give full consideration to the reliability of the system, take the corresponding measures to guarantee. Discover problems, and according to the actual, put forward the design scheme of hardware and software, in order to optimize the current temperature detection system of single-chip microcomputer system to provide certain reference and reference.
