第10、11、12题不太懂，求详解。。

10 根据句中有was , wasn't 可知是过去时（SORRY，第一空打错了，应该是couldn't 不能）
11 应该是一般现在时,即 can't （根据句子的意思和AM ，IS ）
12打错了应该是 couldn't ( 意思是：我不能向老板要求提薪水，因为我太紧张了）
