Peter: Ok, please let me know the delivery date. I have ordered from you today, when I can expect the products.
You: If you are agreed this order are for standard colors and sizes, we would be to ship it out by the middle of July.
Peter: Well. When I can receive this machine in Italy?
You: It normally takes 45days to ship by sea from China to Italy.
Peter: It takes so long time from order to get the goods, your production speed is to slow, it takes about three months even fro standarad items.
You: As this products systems is so complicated, we have to take care of many procedures and care of each details.
Peter: I think you have to improve your production system or devise something better to let it be easy and fast.
You: Yes, we will improve it, engineer is trying and testing it, hope will work it out soon.
Peter: Hope so, hope I can get my products as soon as possible.
You: We will try our best. Don't worry.
