css定义div背景不显示

我是这样定义的.pic-top {
width:950px;height:244px;
background-attachment: fixed;
background-image: url(images/banner_r4_c2.jpg);
background-repeat: no-repeat;
background-position: center; <div class="pic-top"></div> 请问有问题么，怎么背景看不到，请不吝赐教，谢谢~~

你的背景图片与css文件是放在同一目录下的吗？
