感冒又称伤风,是上呼吸道的一种急性感染,潜伏期1-2天,主要表现为鼻部症状,如鼻塞、流清涕、轻微咳嗽等,偶伴寒战、轻度发热等全身症状。2-3天后鼻涕变浓变稠,鼻塞得到缓解,其它症状也随之减轻、消失。
一、增强自身的体质,增强抵抗力,适当锻炼身体,坚持做一定量的有氧运动,如快走、慢跑、游泳、骑自行车、打羽毛球等,通过这些运动可以增强体质,减少感冒的机会。
二、注意饮食结构合理,要尽量多吃富含维生素和微量元素的水果和蔬菜,低盐、低脂、低糖,少吃辛辣刺激性食物。
三、在感冒多发季节,尽量避免到拥挤的人流中活动,如超市商场,避免交叉感染。

四、规律生活,劳逸结合,不要太累,养成早睡早起习惯。保持充沛精力,保持心情舒畅。

Last week I caught a cold, so I had to stay at home from school. My mother thought I had a flu. She asked me to see the doctor. I hoped I would get well soon, because I didn't want to miss school.

First my head started an ache, and then I had a fever, so my mother put a cold comperess on my forehead. She also gave me some aspirin and some medicine for my sore throat. I had a running nose. I turned all night long and did not get much sleep.

Staying at home is comfortable in a while. But

the flu is not good. Next time I will be more careful. I will keep a little distance from the sick, and not to go to the public place.
