如何减少考试焦虑症?(1)进行腹部深呼吸,使情绪舒缓下来。 (2)先屏紧全身肌肉,再从头到脚逐步放松。 (3)暗示法,相信自己会考出好成绩。 (4)转移法。听音乐,去郊外散步,打球,找朋友倾诉。
老师和家长对学生的情况要经常沟通, (1)发现问题及时引导。 (2)对学生应该鼓励,培养学生的自信心, (3)家长不能期望太高, 要以一颗平常心来对待学生的考试。平时应该尽量安排好学生的生活。
