帮忙翻译合同里的的几个条款

Language: English is the only language of this the contract that will be signed between the two (2) parties. Documents in other language must be translated in English.

This Contract is made out in two originals, one original to be held by each party in witness thereof.

Appendixes are an integral part hereof the contract.

Modification and supplementation hereof shall become effective after being signed between both parties (Seller and Buyer) in writing.

Neither party may, unless agreed upon in writing between both parties (Seller and Buyer) transfer the liabilities and obligations to the third party.
