用DELPHI7打开文件时，出现提示Class TMSComm not found，该怎么办？

TMSComm控件是要先添加上，才能用的，可能你的delphi里没添加上TMSComm，重新添加一下吧。如果添加上了TMSComm，会在ActiveX面板中出现一个类似电话的控件，它就是TMSComm。
