招聘人员:很高兴见到你。能做个自我介绍吗?
应试者:好的,当然。我叫某某某,然后介绍自己的个人情况和工作经历。
如果你有相关工作经历,招聘人员会具体问:
招聘人员:在哪里工作过?
在哪个部门工作?
什么职位?
最长连续工作多久?
做到了什么职位?
受到过哪些嘉奖?
在工作过程中是否提出过个人的建议?
有没有被采纳?采纳后有什么样的变化?
(主要是看在工作当中的表现,是否积极!酒店的'培养是否得到效果!是否有潜力等等。。。)
如果没有相关的工作经历:
招聘人员:为什么会选择服务行业?
以前都做过什么工作?
(如果没有千万别瞎编,招聘人员会顺着你说的往下问,如果不能自圆其说。。。。。。那么就不可能应试上了,而且给人形象会极差,不会再往下谈了。)
你觉得自己适合这样的工作吗?
你的职业期望是什么?
(这样的一般有两种人:1、刚毕业的,但不是学习酒店服务的。2、有过工作及社会经验。第一类人招聘人员会考虑是否有可持续性状态。第二类人招聘人员主要想问的是能否受到部门的管理和约束)
很多问题都是随机的,所以要慎重回答。每一句话都是hr判断的根据,话太少会被认为无法与客人很好的沟通和交流,话多则失误多结果就会让此次面试失败!
