1. The customer shall indemnify The Company from and against all loss, damage or liability, legal fees and costs incurred by The Company in the event of or as a result of any act or default by the Customer and The Company has to commence legal proceedings
2. Third parties: Unless expressly provided in this Agreement, a person who is not a party to this Agreement has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act Cap 53B to enforce any term of this Agreement but this does not affect any right or remedy of a third party which exists or is available apart from such Act.
