Thirdly, eat well and healthily.
Eating well and healthily plays a very important part in keeping healthy. We should eat vegetables and fruits more. And we should not eat junk food such as ice cream and potato chips.

Reading good books makes us feel fit and active. And good books tell us how to be a good person. Being a good person always makes us feel good and happy. Feeling good and happy is also good for our health, so reading good books can make us keep healthy, too.
