摘 要:本文介绍光子晶体能带概念以及计算光子晶体能带结构的主要方法,首先介绍的是平面波展开法PWM, PWM具有原理简单、计算编程方便、运算速度快等突出优点,是目前应用最广的能带计算方法。其次介绍的是时域有限差分法FDTD,其计算效率比PWM高,而且可以进行时域仿真,动态地显示光的传播行为,因此这种方法逐渐成为了光子晶体研究的主流计算手段。最后简要介绍其他数值计算方法,如有限元方法FEM,传输矩阵法, N阶(Order-N)法等等。

This article introduced that the photonic crystal can have the concept as well as the computation photonic crystal energy structure main method, what first introduced is plane wave method of development PWM, PWM has the principle to be simple, the computation programming is convenient, operating speed quick and so on prominent merit, is applies broadly at present can have the computational method. What next introduction is time domain finite difference method FDTD, its computation efficiency ratio PWM is high, moreover may carry on the time domain simulation, dynamic demonstrates the light the dissemination behavior, therefore this method has become the photonic crystal research mainstream computation method gradually.
