元宵节,也被称为上元节,小正月,元夕或元宵节,是中国的传统节日之一。 正月是农历的第一个月,古人把“夜”称为“晓” ,一月十五是一年中的第一个满月之夜,所以把正月十五称为“元宵节”。

In Song Dynasty, a kind of novel food for Lantern Festival was popular among the people. This kind of food was called "Yuanxiao" after "fuyuanzi" at first, and also called "Yuanbao" by businessmen.

正月十五吃元宵,“元宵”作为食品,在我国也由来已久。宋代,民间即流行一种元宵节吃 的新奇食品。这种食品,最早叫“ 浮元子”后称“元宵” ,生意人还美其名曰“元宝” 。

2、Eating Tangyuan is a traditional Chinese custom, especially popular in the south of the Yangtze River. There is a saying among the people that "when you eat Tangyuan, you are one year older". Hu Bingyan has a poem that says, "xiangze glutinous rice makes glutinous rice balls, and the boiling water floats with silver, rich and salty.".

The entrance is soft, sweet and smooth, and the whole family is happy and intoxicated with the new year. " "Ningbo Tangyuan" is a necessary food, which is a round dessert made of glutinous rice flour. "Yuanyuan" means "Reunion" and "completeness". Eating Tangyuan at festival time symbolizes harmony and auspiciousness of the family, so it is also called "fuyuanzi".

吃汤圆是中国人的传统习俗,在江南尤为盛行。民间有“吃了汤圆大一岁”之说。胡秉言有诗曰:“香泽糯米做汤圆,沸水飘银富贵咸。入口绵甜滑润爽,阖家欢乐醉天年。”“宁波汤圆”是必备的食品,是一种用糯米粉制成的圆形甜品,“圆”意味着“团圆”“圆满”,节庆时间吃汤圆,象征家庭和谐、吉祥,故至汤圆又叫“浮元子”。
