答：I have a pair of dumb bells which were the birthday gift from my father.They are very heavy,each weighs 10 kg.At the begining I could hardly left them,let alone doing any exercise with them.The reason my father gave me such a heavy pair of dum bells was he hoped I could keep trying to do exercise with them so I would keep a healthy body.Now I can proudly tell my father and other friends that I have benefited from them a lot.I have a superbody now.My favorite sport.Though there are different kinds of sports, swimming is my favorite. It was a very exciting experience to learn swimming with my parents when I was ten years old.Swimming is a really good sport. It makes me feel relaxed. This sport can make me stay healthy and strong, because I exercise almost every part of my body every time.
