  1、how did you hear about our company and this job offer?

  there’s no trick in answering this one, but it is always good to also mention that you are very interested in the industry, and after reviewing a number of options you found this certain company to be the one best suited for you. this should not take any more than 30 seconds to take care of.

  5、what are your career goals (short, medium, and long-term)?

  this question does not have to be as scary as it first may seem. make sure that you can relate your long term and medium term goals to the scope of the work that you will be doing in the short term in the company. as far as short term goals go, they should reflect your research and understanding of the position that you are applying for.

  this is not as psychologically pressing a question as many believe it to be. actually, for most people, it’s more difficult to name three positive qualities about oneself than it is negative qualities. the trick is to make your negative qualities sound like positive qualities in disguise, and to make your positive qualities those that can be applied in a variety of different situations, under varying circumstances.
