I heard that you are going to come to study in Beijing, I am so glad for you. Welcome to China!
The new semester starts in September, it's summer in Beijing. Like the weather in Chicago , Beijing has distinct four seasons in a year. It could be very hot in the summer time and very cold in the winter, but don't worry, all the buidings in Beijing have the built-in heating system, it'll be warm and cozy in the room during the winter time.
And there is another great thing about being in Beijing is that you can find almost any kind of food here, French, Korean, or Japanese... you name it! But talking about being in China, of course the best choice would be the authentic Chinese food. I bet you know about the famous Beijing Duck, let's go to try it together when you get here.
There is so much to say, that I could keep writing this letter for hours, but I prefer to talk to you when I see you here in Beijing.
