以下都是名词性从句:

1.Anyone with the right knowledge can give first aid. 有专业的知识才可以实施抢救任务。
不能用 whoever。whoever要引导主语从句，而后面的句子是完整的。所以不用。
2.Whoever has the right knowledge can give first aid.
也可以说：Anyone who has the right knowledge can give first aid. Anyone who=Whoever名词性从句中这两个相等，相互转化，但是定语从句不能乱用啊，二者用法不同
3.Anyone having the right knowledge can give first aid.
也可以说：Anyone who having the right knowledge can give first aid. having the right knowledge 是句子主语的定语成分。
4.what\that what做句子的主语 that只做连接词不承担任何成分
5.when 表示时间
6.what what I read in the paper做except的宾语
