It is/was +被强调部分 +that/who +其他部分

attend 是过去分词用was

not…until…结构不同。它们是一体的，如果想要强调until后面的部分，不仅仅需要把until部分提前，还要把not一起提前才可。整个句子相应的也会有一点改变。
