Voltaire once said,that"The life lies in the movement."That's true.If your bodies aren't strong,we can't do anything very well.And at the same time,we can't study hard,right?Why are some people not strong?Why somebody are often take ill?Because they're not very often exercise.Look at me,I exercise every day.Sometimes,I ride my bike.Sometimes I go to swim.Sometimes I play badminton.And Running is my favorite.I run alomst every day.I don't know why.I just want to run.Run away.Run anywhere.

It is very important to keep healthy,the best way is dong exercise.
First.Doing exercise is good for both your physical and mental health.you usally need the energy to study and work,so you have to do exercise.
secondly ,how often to do exercise?In my opinion ,you just need two sports once a week.but you have to stick to it.That's what i do.
Finally ,I like tennise ,so when I am free,I always play tennis with my friends.I think it's a good way for me to keep healthy and you can do it too.
