则此概率=1-不出事故-出一次事故的概率-二次事故的概率-三次事故的概率
不出事故 （1-p）^100
出一次事故 100C1*(1-p)^99*p
出两次事故 100C2*(1-p)^98*p^2
出三次事故 100C3*(1-p)^97*p^3
我算了一下 储备金不足的概率大概是0.3844
