我说一下要求

主题是有为青年do without regret。那就是说不要因为害怕失败或者是遇到困难就不去尝试，望而却步，所以就是要勇敢的去尝试去做。哪怕最后没有成功，人生也没有遗憾。或者是坚持努力不懈，最后成功了这样一个主题，开头和结尾处都应该把这个主题给议一议，也就是议论部分。中间的话举1到2个例子。举例子的话，要举中国有为青年，比如说是一些成功的年轻的创业者或者是敢于担当的，不一定是创业的也可以。另外就是一些比如说运动员就是这样子具体的实力，也可以拿自己身上曾经发生过的一个例子是有体会的。也说一下，举这样的话，一般是两个例子。

1.Young people should do without regret! Young people are the backbone of this society and the main driving force for the development of China and society in the future. Young people should be full of vigor and energy and should have dreams and courage to work hard. We should fight the sky like an eagle. We should be brave to meet any wind and waves. We should not be afraid of any difficulties

Guo Jingming, Han Han and other figures realized their value of life through their own efforts, created a lot of excellent works and achieved commercial value. Their success tells us that young is the good time to have a grand plan, don't be afraid of setbacks and difficulties, difficulties should be overcome bravely.

Hua Luogeng's life is full of ups and downs. After graduating from high school, he had to work and study because he couldn't afford to pay his tuition. However, these difficulties did not defeat him but made him stronger because he believed that he could achieve his dream and that we should be as motivated and unyielding as he was.

The success of these figures all tell us that we should face challenges with passion and not be afraid of failure. When we fail, we should calm down and think about our original dreams. No one's life can be plain sailing. There is an old Chinese saying that life is often unhappy. Li Ka-shing was able to create business miracles in his life because of his persistence and efforts. He also suffered setbacks and was confused about where to go. However, unswervingly adhere to their dreams。

So students now is a good time for our passionate youth, we should do without regret. Adhere to their dreams always remember their original intentions when faced with setbacks with their own courage to overcome with their own wisdom I believe that all people will realize his value to achieve his life。
