My English Robert, as far as I am concerned, is worth great respect. Here are some of my reasons.
First of all, he has set a great example for us. Every time he is on duty, we can catch sight of him concentrating on preparations for lessons, or busy grading our papers. He always tells us that early birds catch the worms. He hopes that we can work hard, not by word, but his action.
Secondly, he cares for everyone. There was a time when I wad down and unwilling to study. On knowing my problem, he talked to me and cheered me up. Moreover, he stayed with me after class, discussing about my problem and trying to help me figure out a way. I couldn't thank him enough.
As an old saying goes, those worth respecting are those who learn to respect others first. I've taken Robert as a role model and I dream about being a respected man like he is.

The person I admire the most is my mother. She has put in a lot of hardwork and effort to take care of me and my father. She is a hardworking person, always the first to wake up and the last to get to bed. She has to work for five days and yet can cook up ncie dishes for us. She also helps us wash our clothes and iron them. She always works without complains. When we need support or comfort, she will be there to listen to us and give us advice.She is the person I admire the most.

Respect to Others
When it comes to the issue of respects, some people say that they will respect others in the condition that others show respect to them, and some people say that they only respect the stronger and richer persons. In my opinion, all men need to respect others and be respected.
Firstly, all men are born to be equal. Regardless of one's appearance, social status, health conditions and financial conditions, he has the right to be respected as a member of the society. Whereas, a criminal may be look down upon because equality is partly conditional. Since the criminal has done something harmful to the society, his rights are deprived by the law. But his basic human rights left will still be respected.
Secondly, respects, in other word, esteems are crucial to an individual. According to Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs, men have five levels of needs: physiological, safety, belonging/love, esteem and self-actualization. Since we are living in 21st. century, a peaceful time, the theme of our life is peace and developing. So when we have solved the problems of surviving and safety, we are eager to achieve the other three needs. Among the three, as far as I am concerned, esteem is the base of belonging and self-actualization. We cannot live freely and comfortable without others respects and esteem. Esteems are the beginning of love and the ultimate result of self-actualization.
