There is a small generator in it. it worked by water power, supply electricity to the led display.
Faucet warranty is 5 years, led display is 2 years.

几点拙劣的建议,互相学习吧:
1、收到这样的询盘,知道对方是做这个行业的,但只是他要的那一款产品你家没有,其实还是有合作的可能的。所以思路是正确的,先给对方表示“很遗憾,我们没有这个”,再提及“其实我们有什么什么,或许你会感兴趣”。
2、从邮件的后半部分,感受不到你较强的想和他做生意的愿望,显得很平淡。语言也不容易引发客户对你们产品的兴趣。
3、建议第三段sorry to tell you删掉。直接But it isn't a smart faucet. Belows are some info of this product. 不要轻易说sorry,曾经不止一个客户和我谈到:“中国人很喜欢说sorry,但是很多时候并不需要sorry的。”在他们看来,说sorry之前必定是犯了比较stupid的错误,而你们家没有他要的产品,并不是什么错误,最多算个遗憾。
4、By the way那段感觉是个败笔,并不能让人感觉到你的夸赞来自真心,或者这个夸赞对他们有什么价值,他们心里可能会想:oh, ok, just not bad
5、一些语法错误了,比如
indicate working time前加上which could;
it worked 改成it works, supply改supplies;

it worked 和 it works 那里,我当时的想法是,generator 是被动工作的,是由于水力促使它转动,所以用的是被动语态,考虑到这个因素,请问是用works 好一点,还是worked 呀,,很感谢你。

第一:如果你是想表达被动语态的话,句型应该是主语+be+过去分词哦。你加一个is就行了。
第二:你可以试着把also改为however, also让人感觉很顺便,既然你只是顺便提提,我也就当顺便听听,不当真,若用however的话,语气带转折,客人可能会有所兴趣;既然确定了这个客人就是这个行业的没错,那么可以在pls refer前面加上一句 we do believe you will be interested in some items, and we do wanna have the opportunity to work with you. Attached catalog is for your reference. 如果你们公司政策允许,你还可以加一句 Sample order is available for you as you are one of our good new customers.
第三:Do you need any other helps? please feel free to let us know.这句前半句很口语很门店,后半句的free一词是非常容易被国外服务器认定为垃圾邮件的一个词汇,建议整句改为Should you have any questions or needs, pls let us know without hesitation.
