Content: after several discussions and the recommendations of the staff supervisors, the executive committee agreed to change the working schedule for all resident caregiver. From Sept. 1, the waiters work once every two weekends, replacing the previous schedules twice every three weekends.
This change will add a weekend break to the hard employees every month.
