much和many的区别

much和many都表示“许多”，但是它们的用法有所不同。
many用来修饰复数可数名词，表示许多的意思，与few(少数)的意思相反；
而much则用来修饰不可数名词，表示量或是程度，与little(少量)的意思相反。
此外，much还可以修饰动词和比较级，而many则不行。
例如，“I have much money”中的much修饰了不可数名词money，“There are many people”中的many修饰了复数可数名词people，“He's much taller than her”中的much修饰了比较级taller。many:We don't have very many copies left.我们所剩的册数不多。
You can't have one each. We haven't got many.你们不能一人一个。我们没有很多。
Many people feel that the law should be changed.许多人都觉得这项法律应该修改。
much:Do you have much free time?你空闲时间多吗？
I don't have much money with me.我没带多少钱。
There was so much traffic that we were an hour late.路上车辆那么多，我们迟到了一个小时。
