对于塑料废弃物的处理,目前主要采取填埋、焚烧、热解和回收利用等手段,但效果都不理想。在可降解塑料的开发研究以后,对普通聚烯烃类特别是聚乙烯的裂解研究已经成为人们研究的主要方向。本文采用裂解法对废塑料聚乙烯进行裂解制蜡技术的研究,针对目前工业中直接热解制得的聚乙烯蜡产品的不足之处,通过在反应过程中加入有机溶剂,增加塑料的溶解性,提高产品质量,同时能有效降低反应温度,降低生产成本,并对产品部分物性作了测定。
结果表明:在裂解反应中加入二甲苯作为溶剂,其用量为10%(质量百分比)、反应温度425℃、反应15分钟的反应条件下,用溶剂精制后可以制得高收率 、色度较好的相对分子质量低的聚乙烯蜡 ,其收率为87.8%;产品的熔点约为97.8℃,粘均分子量为1264.6,酸值为0.2443 mg KOH/g,20℃的密度为0.8975g/cm3, 灰分为0.00578%,。产物红外谱图表明产物主要由烯烃以及一部聚烯烃组成。 展开
