超声波测距已经在汽车倒车防撞系统中得到了广泛的应用。一般的汽车防撞系统只能防止汽车倒车时车尾与障碍物相撞。本设计基于超声测距的汽车智能防撞系统的研究主要解决汽车左右两侧与其它车辆或者障碍物的测距问题,最大程度地提高汽车驾驶的安全性。木文详细介绍了这种防止汽车出现侧面相撞或者刮蹭的超声波测距系统的单片机机及其外围电路部分的设计。该系统利用发射超声波与反射回波时间差来测量待测距离。系统安装使用方便,有较广阔的应用前景。
