一份正本与一份副本的由出口国的工业商会或相关政府的代理或授权的机构或官方签署的原产地证（即一式两份）在交单时要与正本的装运单据一并提交。

三份正本与三份副本共6份装箱单，注明净重、毛重及全部的包装情形。
