2006年8月，我和老婆在中国结婚
2006年10月，申请K3签证
2007年5月，去美国驻广州领馆面试K3，签证官要求我们补了很多材料后断定关系不真实，
2007年8月接到退档信（我们打击很大，但是我们还是挺过来了，坚持真爱无敌）与是
2007年10月我们重新申请CR1签证，
2008年10月我们可爱的女儿出生了，我在女儿出生前就早早的到了中国陪老婆待产，11月，我们就去上海申请了女儿的美国护照。一切都是那么的美好。
2009年4月22号，又一次到广州面签，这次面签官看到女儿的护照后很快的就给我了红条，表示签证已经通过,把这个消息告诉老公及所有的家里人，大家都好开心，有情人终成眷属，但是好梦不长。
过了两天去拿签证包的时候却又再一次的没有拿到签证，拒签纸上写着：needs waiver for ice hit
我和老公都极度的震惊，这个世界真是不公平，活生生的将我们分开。硬是弄个罪名放在我们身上，真是不明不白，我们不能让这个不知名的罪行把我们强行分开，我们都很无辜。我们的女儿成长过程中不能只有母爱或只有父爱，她需要一个完整的家。每天两个小时的通话不能解决我们的相思之苦。我坚信我们并没有犯过这种错误，因此我们必须查清楚。但是我们写信去美国驻广州领事馆的时候，他们并没有告诉我们到底是发生了什么事，只是叫我们把豁免的表格填起来，交上去。问题是我们没有犯过这种错误，为何要填豁免的表格。
