【摘 要】 目的 研究血同型半胱氨酸、颈动脉粥样硬化与脑梗死之间的关系，为脑梗死的防治提供询证医学的依据。方 法 随机选择我院2008年8月至2009年3月60例脑梗死住院病人，脑梗死（30例）腔隙性脑梗死（30例），并排除心源性脑栓塞。检测血同型半胱氨酸，彩色多普勒超声检测颈动脉内膜厚度、颈动脉粥样硬化情况及其狭窄程度。结果 脑梗死病人血同型半胱氨酸、颈动脉粥样硬化具有显著的相关性。结 论 血同型半胱氨酸、颈动脉粥样硬化与脑梗死密切相关。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the blood of homocysteine, carotid atherosclerosis and the relationship between cerebral infarction, in order to provide prevention and treatment of cerebral infarction based on the medical consultation card. Method of random selection in our hospital from August 2008 to March 2009 patients 60 cases of cerebral infarction, cerebral infarction (n = 30) lacunar infarction (30 cases), and the exclusion of cardiogenic cerebral embolism. Detection of blood homocysteine, color Doppler ultrasound detection of carotid intima-media thickness, carotid atherosclerosis and its degree of stenosis. The outcome of cerebral infarction patients with blood homocysteine, carotid atherosclerosis is significantly related to each other. The conclusion of blood homocysteine, carotid atherosclerosis is closely related with cerebral infarction.
