Abstract:In an increasingly competitive global environment,the integrated leadership of business leaders is crucial for the survival and development of the business organisation.
This article gives an in-depth analysis of the situations both domestically and internationally,and constructs a complex estimation model that can test the leaders' integrated leadership based on leadership and administrative power,the two dimensions of an integrated leadership.Then the article analyses five ways to improve integrated leadership and provides corresponding solutions.
