基于国内外对移动娱乐用户信任的研究成果,本文针对用户信任对移动娱乐各方面表现出来的影响以及如何正确把握用户心理,更合理的进行商业运作做出了深入的研究。首先,本文综述了研究的背景、目的和意义并罗列出了所使用的研究方法,进而对移动娱乐的概念内涵进行了界定,同时对消费行为模式及信任的含义进行了简要说明,并将用户信用形成的过程划分为五个阶段进行解读为论文的展开奠定了根基。其次,对于用户信任度与移动娱乐产业的作用力与反作用力,通过反应在软件开发层面、平台运营层面、营销策略层面的影响进行了论述,同时通过数据调查对其之间的互动性影响做出了科学的分析。最后,在本文的理论框架下,根据户信任对移动娱乐服务产品的影响通过消费心理学、经济学以及通信与软件工程学的研究做出了改善并正确把握用户信任度的一套建议。
通过本文的研究,得到以下主要结论:用户信任稳固了客户群体并直接指引了移动产业链中各环节的发展方向。
